zzzIn 2001, a study published by British Association for the Advancement of Science showed that Cannabis was effective as an analgesic for chronic pain sufferers. We confirmed this in our own labs, and, through investigation of agonist / antagonist interaction, biological pathways / target elucidation, etc, we discovered several other very promising, additional, therapeutic properties of Cannabis hemp. From this research, we propose the One Stone, Three Birds, Plus Two concept for treating cancer: pain inhibition, anti-depressant, and nausea associated with cancer chemotherapy and appetite stimulation for cancer and HIV patients.

zzzzEssenix believes that we will have possibly several products in clinical trials by end of the year 2. The first product will be an oral dosage form of cannabis cultivated from plants yielding high concentrations of active ingredients. This product will launch the company's ability to generate revenue. After launching this first product, other products will be pursued which include: oro-mucosal/buccal tablets, an oro-mucosal spray, and an inhalation device.
