Essenix Pharmaceuticals Development Center is committed to its pursuit to discover and develop a portfolio of anti-cancer medicines with a novel concept of targeting a recently discovered human biological signaling pathway. We are also committed to aggressively extend our efforts on the anticancer drug discovery and development through science-driven, specialty-focused industry review and discovery; by closely monitoring, participating, and critically analyzing the frontier of cancers research. Essenix Contract Research Organization, based in Beijing, is a premier provider of Human Clinical Research services. We are in the process of becoming the Asian standard of excellence in this field. Essenix Nutraceutical division, an herbal-derived nutraceuticals technology development division, merges the wisdom of Traditional Eastern Medicine with the hard science review of the West, to promote and market effective, natural, health-enhancing drugs and supplements.

zzz Our strategy is to build financially-independent and fiscally accountable divisions (subsidiaries); each operating under the leadership and working towards the vision of Essenix Inc. We will not diversify to entertain alliances outside our vision. We expect, with appropriate resources available, to bring our first novel drug to market by 2009. The CRO component is already profitable. The FFT division is in the midst of early collaborations and dynamic product development.
